Upgrade to vBulletin 4.0.6

Hey, I wanted to make a suggestion and wasn't sure where to make it. I know other VBulletin forums I'm on have a quick reply box at the bottom. To me, this makes it a lot easier to reply to topics without having to navigate away. Just wondering if we can throw that in there? Thanks!
