I still haven't seen any evidence of him being a prohibited person for possessing firearms.
Note that his arrest and all current charges are solely for possession of drugs (meth and pot) and a firearm, in his own home. Nothing yet that was bothering anyone else.
That said, there is still a pending investigation into a sexual assault, which is why they came to his house.

mac, one item i saw involved a nightclub brawl with a bloke face down bleeding on the dance floor last summer or the year before but when i searched again for a cite...it disappeared into the ethernet.

I could be wrong but doesn't everything they are looking for have to be on the warrant? In this post Patriot Act world we live in maybe it doesn't matter anymore.

Understand what you are saying however it would appear to me that if Chumlee was going to weigh his food portions he would have been using a cargo scale.
