Lenexa Open Carry Picnic 7/21/2013

Johnson County Open Carry will be having a picnic this Sunday afternoon Stone Wall Shelter at Black Hoof Park, Lake Lenexa from 3:30pm to 6:00pm to celebrate our victories restoring open carry rights to Johnson County.

Cities that have overturned their bans on open carry to comply with federal & state constitutions and state statutes are Overland Park, Gardner, & Lenexa.

Work still remains Prairie Village and Leawood still are denying their citizens civil rights to bear arms by OC.

Everyone on at opencarry.org is welcome to attend.

We will provide the meat and (non-alcoholic) drinks so please come and fellowship with fellow 2nd Amendment Advocates. You do not have to eat or you can bring your own food.

Please bring your loaded holstered pistols and open carry!

We all had a wonderful time at the picnic open carrying! We had at our final count around 50 people show up.

Thank you so much to all who came and supported the 2nd Amendment and our cause.

The park was very busy with many kids and parents playing near by and no one cared.

On to Prairie Village, Leawood, and Kansas City!

awww shoot! I moved up here to Anchorage, Alaska and I miss a Lenexa OC picnic!!! Guess I'll need to plan some vacation time for next year! Though the gun laws up here are excellent, no permit required for conceal, open carry isn't a shocker to most people here in AK.
