Multiple people -- including the suspected shooter -- are dead and others are injured after a gunman opened fire at a shopping mall near Indianapolis, police said.

Permitless open and concealed carry took affect on July 1, 2022, for residents and non-residents 18 or older. There is no informaton yet released under what condition the good guy was carrying.
