After leaving the 2nd Amendment Task Forcedinner tonight, myself and akgunnut, both OC'ingdecided to hit up Law Abiding Citizen at theCentury 16 movie theater. I have OC'd at Century more times than I can count without any incident, it seems all good things come to an end.
After purchasing our tickets, akgunnutand myself were approached by 2 employees saying our guns weren't allowed and we would have to put them in our vehicle. I mentioned I had carried here several times without incident, when did this change? He said there was a sign up front, I asked him if he would please show me the sign as I'm a pretty observant person. We were escorted to the front where the only sign was found to be on the far left ticket lane written at the bottom of a no cellphone during movies sign. Obviously this doesn't even come CLOSE to Alaska's requirement for restrictive signs but I felt it was not the time or place to engage in that conversation. I asked if he would help Jon and myself expedite our refunds to which he did. While waiting for our refunds I asked him if he could provide me with the managers, owners (if franchise), or whoever that I could contact. He explained that him and the person escorting us were the managers, it was a company wide policy and directed me to look them up online for information for the correct person to contact. I thanked him and left.
Now comes the fun part of putting together a well worded letter and sending it to the proper person at corporate.
Wasn't a total loss though, we went to theDimond theater, still OC'ing and ran into a couple other people who had just come from the 2ATFdinner one of which who was OC'ing also.
