We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :)

Handguns, no. well you can purchase a hangun in another state but it must be transferred to an FFL in your home state, where you will pick it up and do paperwork
Long Guns, yes, must comply with laws of both states.
Isn't an FFL transfer necessary for all out of state sales, whether for long guns or handguns?
