County parks webiste rules never change?

I'd just 'carry on'. I'd be pretty confident that all the media hype a few months ago made this a settled issue.

Even if they had upheld the rules, preemption applies. I doubt there interested in a court challenge at this point.

The preemption problem is being attacked on a county-by-county, township-by-township, borough-by-borough on the PAFOA.org website. In some cases the guilty parties eventually change their ordinances, in all others they're not enforced.

Other cases being attacked are magistrate courts. County courts are generally not a problem, but the lower local courts in many cases are unaware of their responsibility for providing storage for firearms in compliance with state law.
