I will be traveling through Arkansas soon. Is it legal for me to OC my mag in a mag holster as long as my gun is concealed? (My form of protest.)

Under the revised law (as of August 16, 2013), a person only commits the offense of "carrying a weapon" if they do so with the intent to use it unlawfully against another person.
This makes Arkansas a constitutional carry state: open or concealed, licensed or not.
The state attorney general, the state police, and several prosecutors and police departments disagree. But, several prosecutors (including the president of the prosecutors' association), sheriffs, and police departments do agree, and have said they will not arrest or prosecute anyone unless they have evidence that carrying a handgun intended to use it unlawfully against another person.
That said, there have been no test cases.
And what does that have to do with OCing a magazine only in a mag holster?
What does the original question have to do with OC?
ive actually been wondering this lately. i usually carry a spare mag in a comptac OTW holster and CC my glock in my crossbreed when in AR. I wondered if it is legal to OC the mag. i dont see why it wouldnt be but i suspect you could still get in trouble if you cross the wrong side of an LEO. Any printing of a firearm in AR is considering brandishing (ive heard, please feel free to correct me) whereas states like FL allow for printing or temporary display if you reach to get something on a shelf.
